DeepTide by Charlie Granger is about going deep into your body, mind and heart to truly understand the real you. It’s about dealing with our demons, understanding and listening to our thoughts, accepting our pasts and embracing our futures. We all have mental health and it’s often neglected. DeepTide was set up to help people manage and maintain their mental health, a constant journey and battle, but one worth taking!

Charlie combines a variety of experiences, theories and trainings as a channel to inner strength, healing, love and acceptance. Charlie’s offerings are through coaching, therapy, yoga or business culture/change management.

Qualifications 

Yoga & Therapy Qualifications

  • 300Hr Elemental Yoga Therapy training ~ International Yoga Therapists

This training allowed me to qualify as a holistic therapist and work with mental and physical conditions.

  • 200Hr Hatha and Vinyasa YTT ~ Marianne Wells Yoga School

I qualified under the Hatha, Iyengar discipline specialising in the use of props to enable anyone to experience the joys of yoga.
