Elemental Yoga Therapy Course
Join me for this 4 week course in Elemental Yoga Therapy. The course combines yoga, yoga therapy, neuroscience, acupressure, mindfulness and breathwork to help strengthen your mental health.
Meditation is a powerful tool; proven to reduce stress, anxiety and low mood, increase confidence and enhance the ability to create and maintain healthy habits.
However, it can be difficult to know where to start and it can seem complicated or bound up with yogi spirituality. I’ve created a Beginners Guide to Meditation to show you it doesn’t need to be the difficult: learning to meditate is achievable and accessible to everyone and is a lifelong skill and pleasure.
In this course you will learn about a variety of different types/ways to meditate, the benefits of each type and tips to help you find a regular practice to integrate into your life.
The course is designed to cover a 6 week period with one core video and one short audio session per week. The longer video sessions explain the health benefits of a specific type of meditation and give you a step by step guide on how to practice that meditation. Then you can listen to the shorter audio sessions to practise the mediation ahead of the following week’s lesson.

We work through 8 key pillars from change therapy practices. Each week the class will be dedicated to one of the 8 stages of strength and change.
Classes are online & 45 minutes consisting of movement, breath and reflection.
The physical yoga practice part will last on average between 30-40 mins, then the remaining 5-15 mins at the beginning and end will focus on meditation, breath and the therapeutic, mental health reflections

The classes build up over the 8 weeks in 3 ways:
As your physical body will be getting stronger we will progress to more challenging practices, both in strength and stamina, as the weeks progress
The poses and transitions will become more advanced each week to help you advance your yoga skills
The deeper rooted and harder to tackle mental health focus areas will be covered in the later weeks
The whole gig/set up is drawn from trainings and qualifications I’ve gained, books I’ve read and personal life lessons and reflections. I love what I’ve learned from my yoga and therapy journey and I love teaching it. That’s it. Hope to see ya there!

Elemental Yoga is a lot more than a typical yoga class. It embodies all the natural elements that reside in our bodies and combines yoga movement, meditation, breathing, nutrition, therapy and mindfulness to find a sense of balance and synchronisation with the natural rhythms and forces of the earth.
In June we’re in the midst of Summer with warming weather upon us. In Elemental Yoga, it's important to attune and connect with the energies of the seasons.
Summer is a good time to cleanse and reset our bodies. Therefore, this workshop will be focusing on cleansing the body and clearing the mind.
Structure of the Day:

1:45 - 2:00 PM: Mindfulness & Acupressure Session
2:00 - 2:15 PM: Tea & Snack Break
2:15 - 2:45 PM: Self-Development Coaching, inc Seasonal Attunement & Stress Relieving tips (plus Q&A)
2:45 - 3:00 PM: Closing Breathwork & Mindfulness
The workshop is designed to suit all levels of yoga experience. The main focus of the day is to learn new tools and techniques to bring balance into life, reduce stress and learn how to make the right choices.
