Public Classes

Balance and Harmony

 

DeepTide is all about making space and time to embrace and face those things deep inside us. Worries, stresses, insecurities, disabilities, mental illnesses or emotional blocks - whatever it is we each face our own hurdles that we want to jump over. Yoga, meditation and pranayama have been my therapy for many years.

I offer classes to bring you to a state of balance and harmony. You will feel calmer, more powerful and supported.

MOREYOGA, Cannon Street:

Weds - 7:30 - 8:30am; Morning Flow Yoga

Wake up & start your day with an energetic Dynamic Flow yoga class designed to stretch and strengthen the body and calm the mind. My classes are fun and creative with a strong emphasis on synchronisation with the seasons. All classes will begin with a short meditation and breathing exercise to calm and soften the mind. This dynamic flow combines the fun and playful elements of rocket yoga with the calming and grounding touches of elemental yoga.

Thursdays, 8:00 - 8:45am

Sunrise yoga in a piece of paradise amidst the bustling business district. We practice looking up at the incredible stain-glass windows and huge, decorative ceilings. The class is suitable for beginners - intermediate and is only 45 minutes, so a short, yet powerful time to breath, move and relax before starting your day.

£10 walk-in, or £50 for 6 class pass (get’s you a class for free)

 

WeWork

If your company, or yourself independently, have access to the co-working company WeWork, you will be able to sign up to my classes on the members network. I teach in teo of their offices in central London.
