Sangha 6: Don't worry about a thing

Don’t worry about a thing

In Sangha 6 we looked at worry.

Worry Is a form of thinking about future events in a way that leaves you feeling anxious or apprehensive.

When we think about an uncertain or unpleasant situation our brains become stimulated. Worry can calm our brains down and allow us to problem-solve or take action, both of which are positive things. However, when we get stuck thinking about a problem thats when worry stops being functional.
