Sangha 5 is all about our shadow self - a term from Jungian psychology referring to an unconscious aspect of our personality that we tend to reject or don't like. It is the side of your personality that contains all the parts of yourself that you don’t want to admit to having. We all have it, and it's ok, it's through increasing our awareness of it that helps us accept it.

Shadow self is a really interesting topic and can be powerful to explore.
