Pass any time – only share and participate with what you are comfortable with. Stretch not twang.
Be aware – always strive to raise your awareness & be curious
No right or wrong – everyone’s opinion and view is honoured. This is not about right or wrong but about acceptance
Show up – be who you are right now
The Session:
Breathing Exercise = Belly breathing. Deep breath through the nose, out through mouth, guiding the breath down into the belly.
Core of Session =
Neuroscience behind practicing gratitude and being in the present moment. The positive and long lasting effects to the neural pathways in the brain
