Flavour of Feelings

Breathing Exercise = Nadi Shodhana (Alternate nostril breathing) A grounding breath to calm the nervous system

Core Session:

  • Overview of how identifying and understanding our feelings has a big positive impact on our mental health

  • Sharing session: Identifying our mood, the flavour and detail of that mood, what behaviours come with it

  • Journalling techniques: variety were shared from the coaches

Movement Practice = ~Grounding postures, such as tree and forward fold.

Closing Ritual = A poem
