Breathing Exercise = In and out through the mouth + Fast exhalation. Fire element breathing to get the heart rate up and heat into the body

  • A discussion on creativity and how it can be expressed

  • Elemental science overview of creativity and how to remain in balance

Movement Practice = Twisting yoga poses to activate the organs and release stuck energy
